RokSprocket not working

Hi.
I have a problem with my site. www.iranianinfo.ca/iics since I update some RokSprocket from Extension Manager my site is down and it shows error below:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method RokCommon_PlatformInfo_Joomla17::getPathForTemplate() in /home/iranian3/public_html/iics/components/com_roksprocket/lib/RokSprocket/AbstractLayout.php on line 86
I tried to solve the problem the problem had been caused by the RokCommon plugin for my Joomla version, 2.5.17. I have disabled it and now the website is loading again but there is a warning displayed on the top of the site:
"RokSprocket needs the RokCommon Library and Plug-in installed and enabled. The RokCommon System Plug-in needs to be before the RokSprocket System Plug-in in the Plug-in Manager
RokGallery needs the RokCommon Library and Plug-in installed and enabled"
How can i fix this.

Repairing a broken site after an update of RokCommon
So you've updated RokGallery or RokSprocket and didn't have a timely backup on hand :shock:
Something has gone wrong with the updating of the RokCommon package of RokGallery or RokSprocket and now your Front and Back ends are white blanks:

To repair this we're going to put two folders on your server out of commission by renaming them and then delete two records from the DataBase (DB) of your broken site.
Using Cpanel's File Manager or your FTP client:
RENAME ..\libraries\rokcommon TO ..\libraries\rokcommon_OLD

RENAME ..\plugins\system\rokcommon TO ..\plugins\system\rokcommon_OLD

Now login to your Database with AdMiner or PhpMyAdmin and search your DB for "RokCommon"

You should see a results screen similar to this indicating records have been found in "#_extensions" where # is your DB prefix.

Click on "#_extensions" and you should see two records showing. Click each records checkbox and then click the DELETE button two remove the records from the DB.

You should now have access to your backend again. Ignore the error message and Login.

Now we go to the Extension Manager screen to Upload our Package files. Again disregard the error messages. If you have both RokGallery and RokSprocket on your site, install the latest version of RokGallery and THEN the latest version of RokSprocket.
