returning old member confused

I am trying to update an old site that was built on Joomla! 1.5. I'm trying to bring it up to at least 2.5 if not 3.0. However I am using the Panacea template but I do not see what versions of Joomla! that any of the templates currently support. It seems in the past that it told you what template's or for what version of Joomla!. I am not seeing that information any longer. Am I missing something? Please advise.
I am not seeing anything about version comptabiity here.

PS - Really love the new look and feel of the new site. However, I must say it is extreamly slow. Took me ten miutes just to put this post together. Uploading the attachemnt took about 20 seconds.

Panacea is not available for J3.x
The site is not normally slow - but we have had a couple of server glitches today that slowed things down for a little while.
