I see what's happening. Your using the Report This button and that is for use when a member has an issue with the way somebody has conducted themselves in his topic.
You want to use this instead-> to mark this issue as Solved, please change to a Checkmark and edit the Topic Title in your 1st post to read[SOLVED] Topic TitleThis image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
The only hitch with that is - your OP has to be edited within 7 days otherwise we'll mark it solved for you.

So the 1st post wasn't yours - so you can't edit it.
That OP was started over 7 days ago - so you can't edit it.
We're trying to get the Dev team to add a Solved button.
