change heading tag for module title

I'm not sure if this is something in Joomla! or Rockettheme template, but my guess is rockettheme.
Either way, I want to be able to change the heading tag of modules inside the showcase to h1 instead of h2. How could I achieve this? I just need the location of the file that governs this (and maybe the line of code), the PHP i can do myself

You can edit the following file
/templates/rt_paradigm/html/modules.php
and change all H2 tags to H1 tags.
Is this what you really want or do you need just to customize the size of the module titles on the websites?
You can change the size with the simple css override. If you choose to change the file I suggested, you will need to do the same everytime you update template to the newer version - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision

- The company I work for hired an SEO company to do some suggestions. They suggest that we change those h2 tags to H1 tags. What do you guys suggest?

- I don't suggest anything regarding this. I am not SEO expert but judging on that suggestion, I would say that company you hired also isn't one
