We had purchased Ximenia template when it was in 1.4 and while we understand that the subscription was for support all our modules auto update such as Gantry, ... but the template itself does not update to 1.5 and it seems that we can't download 1.5 ????????????
how can we simply get the update of what we had purchased?

We use the same model as Akeeba, JCE, Gavick and other template manufacturers, i.e.Club memberships give you complete access to our entire product catalog for the platform you are subscribed to.
If your subscription runs out then you have two options, stick with the latest template you have during your previous subscription period or renew the subscription.
