Payment Form will not take Postal Codes (CANADA)

    • Please repair your payment form to include postal codes - the way it's set up now it creates an error and will not accept payment because I don't have a valid zip code. I'm in CANADA and we don't have zip codes.

As soon as this is repaired I can make a payment.

      Thanks..

    • You should enter the postal code from the billing address of the credit card you are using. We have had many successful payments from Canadian credit card holders.

We pass this information on to Stripe who handles our credit card processing. They in turn pass the information on to the bank associated with your credit card and they are validating the postal code associated with the card. If you are getting a ZIP code not valid, that just means the postal code is not matching. Please double-check and verify that the postal code you are entereing is the one associated with the card.

If you are certain this is correct, we will have to contact Stripe to dig deeper, but usually it ends up being the postal code is wrong for some reason. For example, we've had people putting their home zip/postal code when the credit card billing address was a work address, things like that.

Anyway please let us know if this is continuing to be a problem, and we'll dig deeper.

      Thanks!
