    • Hi

      If you start offline you get a login form to see the site

      Is it the best way to start offline or to create a first page for login which leads to a meber site.

      Would you add directly capatcha or if no one can subscribe its not needed?

      PLease some good advice

      btw i am using template hathor 2.5

    • I wouldn't use the offline page as your normal method for not letting any unregistered users into the site. You could, but I wouldn't.

      Better to change all your "member only" areas to be for "registered" access users only and just have your home page with a login form published to it with guest access. You would only normally have recaptcha on a user registration screen, and since you are not going to have that I would not add one to the login, no.

    • Thing is that you cannot guest register, so only for members.
      The administrator will provide the new member the login an pw

    • So its still the same thing as MrT said, only you use the Login page and not a Registration page.

      You don't have to turn on site registration if an admin is setting up the accounts, but you do need to have at least one public facing page.
