Which Templates Are Compatible With Which Versions of Joomla?

I was trying to install Panacea on my Joomla 3.2.3 site but it just gives a blank page, so I'm assuming since it was dated 2010 it's not Joomla 3 compatible - ? I can't seem to find a listing anywhere of which templates are compatible with each version of Joomla...
Thanks for any help!
