Help with HTML code in site, clicking link will display a forum page

Hi
My main page has a wrapped section that is some HTML code (a map with selectable areas). When I clink a link in the map I would like the user to be redirected to a forum page.
I am using SMF (SMF-Joomla Bridge). In wrapped mode
I have everything working. But my problem is when the user selects the HTML link (area on the map) the forum page loads but it loads within the wrapped window. (The window is quite small)
I would like the page to reload and display the bridged forum page within my joomla site.
My site is not on the internet yet so I can not show you what I mean. I have found another site that is doing what I want.

When you click on the map, you are directed to a new page with contact details. I would like the same thing but instead of the page being contacts its going to be a SMF forum page.
I hope this make sense.. Any help would be great
