SOLVED Could not resolve host

Hi,
I've been developing in localhost for two days without problems, using J3.2.3 and Epsilon (quickstart) template.
But then I've got this error when I tried to edit the template style:
Could not resolve host: update.joomla.org
As I was using xampp with php 5.5.9, I installed xampp with php 5.4.25, but I'm still getting the same problem.
I also run ccleaner, deleted Gantry cache, browse cache, reboot my PC, but nothing helped.
Note: if I do a nslookup online I can't resolve update.joomla.org (strange!)
So, any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Updated: problem fixed. I suppose update.joomla.org was really down for about 2 hours
