Tried to download the Graffito Rocket Launcher (latest version) today. Internet host (installer) notified me that it was a corrupt file. Tried two more times and it is still not downloading correctly. Downloads about 20K. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks.
you're downloading the 3.1 Rocket Launcher? It's a 20.7MB file... I just downloaded it fine... you're only getting a 20K file when you download?

21,291 KB. All four downloads. Tried from your link and from the templates > joomla page. I've downloaded several templates for testing. This is the first I've had issues with.
The internet provider is telling me it is corrupt. I will shoot them the latest download and see if it's good. Maybe something happened in the upload. Will advise. Thanks.
make sure they understand this isn't a plugin... it's the entire Joomla core + a template + demo data... your webspace should be clean, joomla should not be pre-installed... extract > upload everything > navigate to site > follow directions (they need to first create a new MYSQL database and user)

am i understanding this correctly, your internet provider is also your host?
anyways, i've tried all packages and they download fine for me, maybe you can try a different browser and make sure to clear all cache and cookies before retrying?
for the moment i have uploaded a graffito rocketlauncher for you, i'll post the details into the secure tab.
I'm sorry. I meant web host, not internet host. I received an email this morning that said they were able to get it installed. I DID download the other this morning so you can remove it. Thank you. I'm wondering, though, should I have them install the new one or will there be updates available in the admin backend?
apologies for the late reply. you can keep working on the launcher that's installed now, were they able to tell you why it did not work the first time around?
