Menu item custom header image option

Hi,
I'm using Frasco template, i saw Frasco RocketLauncher 2.5 Menu Manager:Edit Menu Item - Layout Options have "Custom Header Image" option, but in my setting there is no "Custom Header Image", does anyone know how to make this option available?
This image is hidden for guests.

- I am not sure if you are saying that you don't see this option under menu item configuration or you don't see the proper output on the frontend of the website?

- Did you install RokNavMenu and all the other RT extensions? Did you install Gantry framework? Which version of template do you use?
