hello,
I have the following error message:
CAN NOT OPEN FILE FOR WRITING LOG
RT_ERROR_TITLE
RT_ERROR_MESSAGE
RT_ERROR_HOME
this message is displayed with the chrome browser. On internet explorer, no worries, the site displays correctly.
it works well in 'private browsing'!

- I'm guessing its trying to write some lines to error.log in your public_html folder... do you see a file there? what're the permissions on the file?
