Hello everyone,
I have a problem after installing RockBrigde and following it's URL I'm getting this error:
"Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_APPLICATION_LOA"
Joomla v.3.3.0
RockBridge 3.2
PHPBB 3.0.12. New clean isntallation.
Anyone could give me a hint what's the problem?

Back to square 1. Again clean installation, Joomla 3.2.1. Rest is the same.Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation ErrorWhen clicking on RockBridge link. What's wrong? Joomla and php are using the same database.
Do I need any special PHP settings?

Besides that I have installed yet again clean verion this time localy on my Windows 7. Joomla 3.2.1 and

That version will not work on joomla 3.2,

Seems my siteground mail host has a problem at the moment, I'll reply to your mail as soon as the issue has been resolved
Update: Siteground is updating cpanel and WHMCS at the moment
