Hello I have a 3.3.0 joomla site. (
www.videoprod.ch
) with Oculus template from Rocketheme. Since the last update (joomla and rocket)I have a strange problem. When somebody contact me through the contact form I get an email with his message but when I reply the sender email is not correct. Strangely something changes the adress of the sender like ( gmail is transformed in ymail, ...This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. is transformed in This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; luca.rizzi@... is transformed in luca-rizzi@...) this is very strange... and annoying. Is like the emails are hijacked.
Does somebody have a solution?

- The only real solution is to run some malware scanner on your website because this sounds like your website has been compromised

- This is definitely something you can do if you have some experience. You can also contact some Joomla professionals to help you with this. I am not sure that your hosting provider would want to do this for you. This is not their job. Website is your own responsibility I am afraid
