So I checked it on my Chrome Developer Tools Emulator and as a Samsung S III your site looked fine. If you can't screenshot the issue can you describe it in a little detail so I can check it out?

yes sure in my phone everything displays inline all theway to the bottom, it does not display the full site view, does that help
