Operation Failed: when trying to edit template

I've just installed the digimania template and when I try to edit the template I get this error
Operation Failed: Could not open/home/dude/public_html/scriptmob/templates/md_digimania/css/template_css.css
Well template_css.css does not exist why is this? I have blue_css.css, defulat, green and red in this dir but no template_css.css. Please help I need to edit my css.

You might not have the correct 'permissions' set. They must be 'writable' in order to edit them. There's plenty of info about file permissions here if you perform a search.

- I think i im'ed you about this or something, but try using joomlaXplrorer. Joomla by default only lets you edit a file called template_css.css file. This template didn't use this name.
