Unable to download templates as a pro member

- I signed up for a 1 yr pro membership on Dec. 19 and was able to successfully download a template. I can also successfully access the forum using my login and password using various browsers. However, the "Download" link in the Download Template area is not present and instead it only contains the "Join the club" link. I am still logged in, but unable to download club templates although free templates show up. Am I missing something?
