Having trouble using the Marketplace Forum

Posted 10 years 1 week ago
    • I am a paying member but not a developer. I am trying to hire someone to develope a simple module for me. People reply but I can't reply back and also I don't seem to be able to message them. How can I deal with this? Thanks.

    • Only developer accounts can reply to marketplace forum posts. It's best to just post your email and let members reply direct to you there.

      Regards, Mark.
    • Please search forums before posting. Please make sure your post includes the version of the CMS you are using and a link to the problem. Annotations on screenshots can also be helpful to explain problems/goals. Please use the "secure" tab for confidential information.

    • I think one should be able to reply to posts in one's own threads. The system does not make sense. How are they going to contact me or me them?

    • via your email address.

We are aware this system needs improving and hope to address this in the future. It was one of main reasons for having a developer account. In the mean time, please just put your email address in the post (which will be hidden from spambots).

      Regards, Mark.
