What template are you using- make sure it's the latest because we had to change several templates when firefox changed their browser default values.

btw - I just noticed that your membership has expired? Support requires a current subscription.

Ok - so please can you post in the correct forum after you have renewed - then the appropriate person will be able to assist you. I am Joomla MOD myself, so better if one of the WP MODS answer you - although i'm sure it's the same thing... make sure you are on latest version of template as we did add fixes into Plethora.
