Validation Issues

Ive ran the validating tool for my site and I have four errors that I seem to not be able to get rid of. Ive followed the documentation for the sample content on Sirocco and almost duplicated it, but I still cant shit the errors.
I currently have;
End tag div seen, but there were open elements.
Unclosed element section.
Stray end tag section.
Stray end tag div.
I have removed the module and validated again and it passes, albeit a heading tag warning. So i know its in the module, but I cant figure out the issue.

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.
If you are using rokpad use the "pretify" feature and the indentation will help you resolve this.

A number of RT products are out of date - please update them (backup before updating anything), clear server and browser cache after you have updated.

Ok there is an error in the templates index.php file. line 204 should not be there at all - just delete it.
I have raised a bug ticket for this.
