adjusting width within an article

I want the 10 point study at the bottom of the page to have a width that is less than the content above it. I would normally put it in a table or a div but is there a better way of doing this? I also want to adjust with width/height of the image.

If this is a site that is online (just installed, dev or live) could you please supply a link in the Public or SECURE part of your reply so we can better diagnose the issue?
