i know this is not the right forum.... BUT the help here is always awesome, accurate and fast.

so the above form is not submitting. I'm probably missing something stupid. If anyone has a sec to take a peek that would be great!

Unfortunately that would be well beyond the scope of support here... aside from that it's quite a large form to test... I don't see any errors in console...
Is joomla mail working? Test this using "Users" > "Mass Mail Users". Here, send a message to some groups.
you can crank up error reporting in the global config to see if that returns any errors when you submit the form... see if RS Forms has it's own error reporting/debugger...
beyond that, you'd need to follow up with RS Forms directly - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT
