Lumier template joomla - second installation problem

Hi guys!!
I am having a problem with the reinstallation od joomla template - lumiere. I've deleted the first install thinking it will solve the "the save failed ... " problem (alias problem).
I've attempted the second install of the template but it failed (via upload package file ).
Any ideas... what could be the problem?

- your Joomla membership expired two years ago, Template specific questions need to be addressed in the template specific forum. Please consider renewing your Joomla Lumiere membership.

- I am sorry you feel that way. Your subscription for forum support of the Joomla templates expired over two years ago. There is a cost to provide this support and the value received by forum members is substantial. In cases like the issue you raise it would likely require someone logging into your site either via cpanel or ftp or both and you can price that anywhere at about $70 USD per hour. Please understand that we love to provide excellent support but as previously stated there is a cost and our time must be spent assisting those who pay for this support.

How ever...since I've used/activated the template few weeks ago (not two years ago) and this is my first thread.... nah, no point in continuing the topic.
You do Your job... I'll use some other team for doing mine.

Thank you for sharing your information with me so that I can take a look at this. One thing I noticed immediately is that the site info you shared is to a Wordpress site. Your Wordpress membership here at Rocket Theme is still very much active. Forgive me for being thrown off by the title of your original post "Lumier template joomla - second installation problem"
Please make sure this is the correct site and credentials. I just tried to log into the admin area but the credentials are not working.
