Hi Miguel,
The only other thing I can suggest is to ask your host to check the server error logs to see if they can see why the command hangs.
I have just tried now and it is working again for me.

Hey David,
I found the issue, this only happen on Mosaic Layout of the module RokSprocket.
So it's something in the mosaic template isn't okay.
Can you send the print of you loading more items form the module called "O Nosso Trabalho" with id #177?

Have you tried clearing browser cache and any cookies for the site?
It really does seem like an intermittent thing which makes me think that the server may get busy and then time out. Only your host could confirm that.

I cleared my browser cache and cookies, and also website cache purged.
I just don't understand, it's if I create an roksprocket module, e.g. for tabs module, and using the same category, I can load all items...
I tryed to create a new module with mosaic layout, just for check the cookies and cache was the problem.
And I still get the error...
I think isn't a host problem, because works just fine if the layout isn't "Mosaic"...

Your sites RokSprocket Mosaic also works fine for me in my latest version Chrome browser. If you ever have an issue with your browser display but it looks fine on other people's computers then start your browser in a "Safe Mode":
"Incognito" - for Chrome
"Private" - for FireFox
"Safe Mode" - for IE11
What this does is turn all the users add-ons and custom browsers settings OFF and can help resolve a browser related issue. - Last Edit: 9 years 2 months ago by DanG.
