    • Hello,

      I have purchased the Rockettheme Maelstrom theme from this site.

      I am very new to this theme but a seasoned professional at Wordpress, Wordpress core and theme building. That being said I bought this theme because my client needed an old Joomla 1.5 Rocketthemed site migrated to WP and buying this theme cut half my time on the project. That being said I have an extremely small deadline window on this project so the part where I would normally spend hours if not days learning the new theme or framework, can't happen this time.

      I tried to follow the documentation laid out here on-site of reenacting the demo page and I cannot for the life of me find all the components to complete it. It seemed so cut and dry and well laid out and documented however when I started going through it all I began to notice that pieces of the tutorial are wrong or missing. Such as the Gantry Logo Widget being dragged into the header block and then changing the logo by going to the Maelstrom Theme Settings panel -> style -> change logo. This "Change Logo" option does not exist at all...

      There are a number more that were missing from the tutorial but I digress, as my actual current problem takes priority. I need the basic simple slider image shown here . I cannot seem to hook it all together and I just DO NOT have the time to play around. The client needed this site like yesterday (as usual)...

      I can't tell if I am supposed to make it (by it I mean the default slider from the tutorial, I think called Gallery perhaps) in the Rok Gallery Pages, Rok Sprocket, or the Maelstrom Theme Admin Panel itself.

      Any help or links to tutorials specifically on this main page slider would help immensely.

    • I don't have Maelstrom installed currently... but I think this is what you want:

      Header Animation = ON
      CSS Style = Custom (I'm guessing)
