Solved!
You can change by going to "/com_roksprocket/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_roksprocket.ini"
If you are trying to translate to your own language, it is best to duplicate the folder to your own country code...for example for Turkish, it is tr-TR
So you will have "/com_roksprocket/language/tr-TR/tr-TR.com_roksprocket.ini"
Open the file and make the translations as you wish.
Just wanted to share.

Do not change the files directly - use language overrides in language manager.
