Hi there !
I'd like to create a onepage site : witch template may I choose ? Or better, is there any way to create anchors working with Gantry 5 (I'd love that !) ?

Anchors work in Gantry 5 already? nothing special required unless you want smooth scrolling too.

You can create a one page site in any of our templates - as you say you just use named anchors for the links to the parts of the page.
