Holding Page on Hosting

Hi All,
I wanted to know what you guys do when a client only takes hosting from you and they do the website a year later.
I would like to create a page similar to the Hosting companies where there is no website yet.
Almost like a coming soon page, but with the Client's Name and m Details.
Just wondering what you guys do.

Hi Jerome,
I have a skeleton page set up in WHM Cpanel so each new account automatically gets a holding page. If I wanted to include any owner details I could but I choose not to.

I just create a plain html page with everything on that one page using dreamweaver. I just a quick message and a logo and that's it. Just put that file in the root of the hosting space you provide.
