I have had a thread in the Oculus sub-forum for TWO MONTHS now which has gone completely unanswered by any of the support staff. I'm patient, I'm happy to wait a reasonable amount of time for forum-based support, but as a paid subscriber to the template in question I would have expected an answer a little sooner than two months and having to constantly bump the thread when others in the same forum are being answered.
