SOLVED Fusion Template - update to 3.4.4

Posted 9 years 8 months ago
    • Hi,

I just updated a site fimleikasamband.is/sandbox to 3.4.4 and the only thing that does not seem to be working is the fusion template. When I change to another template it works fine.

So my question is: how do I get the latest version of that template ? Im no longer a member and Im doing this pro bono for a gymnastics federation, which is run mostly by volunteers.

When I set this up for them in 2012 I paid for membership for over two years, but as of now Im not doing any joomla or web stuff for that matter, so do I need to buy a new license ? It says in my profile I have 7 site licenses, I only ever set up three sites with rockettheme ...

      fimleikasamband.is, teamgym2014.is and spurs.is

      Regards
      Arnar

    • Hi,

Im actually not asking for support, Im asking for a copy of the fusion template... as it seems I have a really old version since 2012-13'ish.

No suppport needed - this is a sandbox installation and I switched to stock atomic template for reasons that are irrelivant to this post. The site as it was before upgrade is on the root of the url.

Like I said Im not asking for support but having paid over 200EUR for the template I would expect to get updates to it. If not I will just use some free template.

      Regards

    • You only get updates to the template and extensions for the duration of your subscription. You can carry on using the versions of the software that you downloaded within your subscription time period for as long as you wish. Once your subscription has expired you are not entitled to updates of the products. Since you subscription expired a long time (22nd December 2014) and you are are asking for the most up to date versions of our products to match a joomla update that you are doing I'm afraid that I am unable to provide the update to you.

      Regards, Mark.
