Defer Loading of JavaScript

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to correctly defer loading of javascript on my website www.petsinthesitty.com .
I read everything at a helpful link previously provided by Damir ( www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/defer-loading-javascript.html ) but what I do not know is specifically which .js files are necessary for my site to load properly and which are ones I can place in an single external file to defer.
Multiple online tools have identified the 18 .js files below as the "problem" but I don't know which are critical and which are not. Most are clearly related to RocketTheme stuff so maybe you would be able to help me select ones to defer.

All that JS is necessary for your site to show correctly. This "advice" you can on these tools is rather academic in nature when in general you can do nothing about it.
You might want to try using rokbooster which can combine and compress a lot of the JS which might mitigate this "advice". Rokbooster has to be tuned to your particular environment and extensions - this is not something we can do for you as part of this support forum. I encourage you to read the rokbooster documentation to learn how to add exclusions and change the many other settings in rokbooster. Once tuned rokbooster will speed up your site so it's worth the effort.
