    • hi Guys ,
when it comes to uploading the rocket launcher file with ftp to my database , do i upload the folder named "iridescant-1.1- rocketlauncher_j33" or do i upload the contents of it ?

also where do i put them ???
i seem to have been given conflicting advice with some saying straight into www.dehumidifiedcarstorage.com
      some saying dehumidifiedcarstorage.com/httpdocs

I'm confused........ im fine once the templates in as ive built a big site from scratch before .....but getting it onto the database seems to be more difficult than i first thought

    • Hi, your first step is to create a new database, record the details so you have them handy when installing the Rocket Launcher/Joomla installation.
You are not uploading it to your database, you would upload the zip file to the root of your domains file system but you need to be able to unzip it once its uploaded. (To answer your question you would unzip the files first unless you have Cpanel to work in)
An easier way if you have Cpanel is to upload the zip file and unzip it in the file manager. Head to a url at your domain, type in the index.php file on the end and that should bring up the 'installation' url, follow the screens and enter your database information.

I assume you are installing a completely new installation of Joomla since you are using a Rocket Launcher.

      Hope this helps some.
      Daryl
