SOLVED Getting fatal error randomly

Hello,
i would like to ask about strange situation happening with websites on Rockettheme templates (used rocketlauncher packages of templates). From time to time (not everything) when the page is reloaded, it gives blank page with error message:
Fatal error: Class 'JFile' not found in /mnt/web-data1/kobryn-t_cz/public_html/www/administrator/components/com_rokcandy/helpers/rokcandy.php on line 60
For example on this site: www.kobryn-t.cz/
the file libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php is there in its place, I cant figure out what is going on. Can you please help me solve it?

Sorry for the delay... I am seeing two error messages:
1. Gpc_magic_quotes should be OFF
2. I can't get into admin.

Oh, Im sorry. We just let the website move to another host to check if it is server-side issue - therefore the magic quotes notice. And the login - my mistake, I added permissions - you can now check.

Your database has errors - use Extensions > database > fix button.
That's all I can suggest as your membership has expired - support requires a current subscription.

Hi Mark,
thanks for feedback. I made the DB fix and also moved site to server with PHP 5.3.10 instead of 5.4.x ..and now it seems to be ok so far (fingers crossed
). Lets see in time.
