RokSprocket Stripping Description to 1 Word

I've been working on the mobile experience for the site with the responsive classes and I believe I added something that didn't act as I intended. I added hidden-phone to the roksprocket module on the front page. It no longer shows up in mobile, but now the description field is stripped down to the first word with an elipses added after that word.
For example, "Striving for the most efficient, high quality collision repairs while providing exceptional customer service." becomes "Striving..."
It could be from a css class added elsewhere but I cannot figure out what is causing it to change the description text shown.
Help on where to look would be much appreciated.

- Thanks. For some reason, even when I reset that to infinity, it resets itself again to ? (Question Mark) between when I save and come back to the RokSprocket page. I manually set the number to 99 just to make sure it's never an issue again, but something was resetting the infinity every time I saved it.

Added credentials to secure area.
It works the way I need it to with the preview length set to 99, but doesn't work as you guys intended (Replacing infinity with ? and treating it as 1). If it helps you, feel free to poke around. Please leave it in a functioning manner. Thanks for your reply.

- I set it to 50 and that seems to be working... not sure why the infinity symbol isn't taking (0 should work/be the same as too) so I'll have to do more testing
- SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

I did the same and set it to a sufficiently large number. I'll leave that account active for a bit in case you guys want to investigate further for your own sake, but it works fine for my needs now.
