    SOLVED Not happy with template

    • Hi there,

      I bought some templates for Joomla 1.5 and was always happy with them. Now I also bougth one, but I am not happy with it. I spend some hours on it, but its not that, what I was thought. Is there a possibility to get back my money?

    • Ok - sorry that support were unable to help you, those conditions are laid out in our terms of service.

      You purchased a joomla template club membership which entitles you to use any of our joomla templates that you wish (subject to your site allowance) - you are not constrained to one particular template. So, if you've decided one template is not for you then please try another. Also, as a template club member, you can post any questions that you may have in the appropriate template forum and we'll be very glad to assist you. There's no need to struggle on your own, you can ask as many questions as you wish.
