    Cannot sign up for the RT newsletter

      In my profile settings the "Sign up for the newsletter" function is blocked. It says "Waiting for e-mail validation"... I think it is over a year ago I applied for the newsletter - and I somehow must have deleted the validation-email.

      How can I reset that setting?

      thank you for your post and apologies for this issues.

      Currently I am unable to sign you up myself, I have asked one of our devs to take a look, but it may take a couple of days before he can check it out. Anyways, we'll get back to you as soon as we have any news.
