Unlike many template providers all the extensions used to recreate a rockettheme template demo are 100% free and their features unresticted

The most common ones used to recreate a templates "look" are roksproket (the swiss army knife) rokbox rokgallery and rokajaxsearch with rokbooster to speed things up
Gantry5 (latest templates) and Gantry4 which is the framework that does the magic is also freeee
When buying a template you get several install options
Template - standalone
Rocketlauncher - a complete copy of joomla + template + gantry + extensions to make an identical demo
Detailed instructions are provided on how to make these extensions look like the demo if you choose standalone option
