SOLVED Isotope Template - Google Analytics

  • SOLVED Isotope Template - Google Analytics

    • We are using the Isotope template, with multiple copies of template assigned to individual pages. We have added the Google Analytics UA code to all of the templates but it is not being recognized or reporting at all. Is there a known issue with this happening or something we're missing?

      Thanks

    • Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "General Discussion" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

Your membership appears to have expired. support does require a current subscription.

You only need to add the UA code once in the base outline settings. Then you need to drag the google analytics atom into the atom section of the page settings in the base outline too.

      Regards, Mark.

    • Of course, our appologies. We hadn't realized it expired and will have it renewed today.

Thank you for all your help.
