SOLVED Template and Extensions Minimum Requirements

I have been looking for the minimum requirements as far as MySQL, PHP, etc versions and I can't find them.
Is there a location where it would be EASY to go and find what the minimun requirements are for a particular template or extension?
Example: RokSprocket is a very popular extension and if I go to the Extensions requirements all it says is;
- Joomla 2.5.x or Joomla 3.x - ensure you are using the latest version
- Compatible Browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE8+, Opera.
For someone managing a server with customers running templates and extensions it makes it VERY difficult to find if a particular version of PHP or MySQL is going to crash everyone's site.
Could you please tell me what is the EASIEST way to find this out?
OR can you add it to the site?

It's more about Gantry version than extensions
