max-width not working in IE. Do I need to change my head data?

    • When I put a max-width: 100%; IE doesn't care. Everything I've read says I need to add stuff to my <head>, but I don't know how to do that.
      I'm trying to make responsive content with my Graffito template and it works great in Chrome.
      When I specify pixels, it listens, but ignores percentages.

    • I added the css, below. That seems to put a bandage on it, but still doesn't help when I want to restrict by percentage.

      @media screen and (-ms-high-contrast: active), (-ms-high-contrast: none), (max-width: 760px) {
      .rt-image img {
      max-width: 250px;
      }
      }

    • Please note that by answering your own post you take yourself out of the MODS "unanswered posts" queue and therefore might have to wait longer for a response - it's better to edit your original post so this does not happen.

      I am sorry that we missed your post on this occasion. It is rare but it does happen. Do you still require assistance?

      Regards, Mark.
