Greeting, I can not install the template on the server Plethora Hostgator is in Linux, when the installation is complete, admission to the home page and get the error, I tested locally, this problem does not occur.
Probably the problem template has to be installed on a server on Linux, it is urgent to resolve it, I've consulted host provider, and have unlimited space, which would not be the problem.
I thank solve it because I already searched all forms and took more than a month without response.

You mysql temporary directory has run out of space - this needs to be resolved with your hosting company.

The problem is stated in the error message your tmp directory has run out of space, this is a hosting issue - show your host the error message and ask them to investigate it. This is issue is not related to any RT product.

You will see that all the answers have in common the answer - it's a hosting issue.
Please try installing the plethora rocketlauncher locally (using WAMP, XAMPP or MAMP) - you should find that it works without issue. It may also be worth downloading the rocketlauncher again just to make sure that you have a good download.
Just to be sure I have just downloaded the plethora rocketlauncher myself and installed it both locally and on my own deidcated linux server and both worked without issue.
