    Support Tickets - No Answer for a few days

    • To whom it may concern,

      I know it's the holiday season, so maybe everyone is on vacation. I've sent several support requests regarding an overbilling issue (which I don't want to talk about here).

      I received one response, confirming the billing issue, but after I replied, there was no reply.

      Is everyone on vacation? I know it's the holidays, and I don't want to send another support ticket unless it's necessary.

      In closing, I want to say you have a great site, and it's a great benefit to our community. Thank you again for your time.

    • You are not being ignored. As a small team we do need a breather from the workload we have. So please try again and you will get a response ;)
