I know it's the holiday season, so maybe everyone is on vacation. I've sent several support requests regarding an overbilling issue (which I don't want to talk about here).
I received one response, confirming the billing issue, but after I replied, there was no reply.
Is everyone on vacation? I know it's the holidays, and I don't want to send another support ticket unless it's necessary.
