    Which rockettheme plugin is not compatible with J3?

    • Hi guys.
      Sometimes happens in my site that I get a blank page and a fatal error



      PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /www/libraries/legacy/view/legacy.php on line 497


      I read on google that this should be happens due to an incompatible plugin with joomla 3.
      I looked at the plugin directory, and I have only rockettheme plugin. So, if a tell you the version of the plugin installed, could you please tell me where is the plugin doesn't compatible?

      - Rocksprocket 2.1.2
      - Roknavmenuexport 2.0.0
      - Rokextender 2.0.0
      - Rokcommon 3.1.11
      - RokCandy 2.0.1
      - RokBox 2.0.8
      - rokbooster 1.1.13

      Can somebody please help me? Thank you

    • All our plugins, components and extensions are compatible with BOTH J25 and J3.x.

      The best advice I can give you is:

      1) In Extension Manager -> Manage Disable all extensions, components and plugins that are NOT Joomla or RocketTheme. You should be able to find the culprit.

      2) if the above method fails then backup your site with a free copy of Akeeba backup and this time UNINSTALL all extensions, components and plugins that are NOT Joomla or RocketTheme.
