SOLVED Do i need to resubscribe to get support?

Hello,
I have an issue on my site (wordpress) where if i load/save any rok sproket I get an error messge that says: error while retreiving the filters dataset. undefined...
I cant seem to find a "support" forum - do I need to resubscribe to a Wordpress Theme Club to get support?

Hi Rick
Our terms and conditions state that a subscription is required to get support in the member-only forums and be able to download the latest version of our products.
We introduced "lifetime" subscriptions in response to user requests (i.e. you pay once and can get updates forever).

to update my leviathan install do i follow the directions on this page:
demo.rockettheme.com/live/wordpress/leviathan/installation/
so then, back up teh db, backup wp& leviathan... then unzip the latest leviathan and upload the rt folder into the wp themes directory, yes?
do i need to update gantry as well?

- Yes and don't delete anything from the server just override!
