Contact Page - how to replicate the demo

Hi All,
I am trying to replicate the demo for the Contact page, thing is when I try and do the same it doesnt look the same (instructions are a little not clear for me)
The page I am trying to replicate is the contact form shows collapsed and with the contact name.
How do i get it so that when you click on the form on the menu it opens up with everything expanded?
