Hey Michael,
I am not sure exactly what you mean, but the header is created by an image that repeats across the screen.
Example site: 72.249.86.49/~purepara/
And here is the image that creates it: host.lockelakevacation.com/~purepara/tem...images/style6/bg.png
Do you have an image of how you want to change it?
