Hello,
as you can see I am already membership in Joomla, I have clients looking for wordpress website so I recommended RT to them, I wonder if I can add wordpress membership to my existing account, and here is a question from my client: if she decides to use one theme, after the three months membership, will she/I be able to continue access theme forum? do I need to tell you now which theme is to be used in her website? will you provide lifetime support for the theme (forum access and free upgrade)?

I failed when I attempted to submit this question through the "Contact RocketTheme" because I don't know how to play the silly tic-tac-toe question which means to prevent spam, you guys shouldn't make the assumption that everyone know this game. Can I assume everyone know asp.net or SQL? Can I assume everyone speak Chinese?

Thank you Kat.
If my client decides to go for the basic membership which is 3 months, and I built the site for her in the three month, what about if she needs to change the theme AFTER three month OR she needs help from the theme's support forum AFTER three month? The membership doesn't require user to report which theme is finally used in the site, right?

Hi again,
with the Basic membership access to the downloads and the forum are limited to 3 months.
If support or updates are needed after that, eiher a renewal of the membership is neccessary or a single purchase of the particular template. - Kat05 / QA Lead & Support / Germany
