Since the release of Gantry 5 the new Joomla templates seem to be a bit too similar. There is nearly never any new template layout options for blogs pages and the overall template layouts and designs are all a bit to similar.
Is Rockettheme running out of new ideas?
Without a doubt Rockettheme is one of the best Joomla community template groups and offers fantastic extensions and unrivaled levels of support.
Can we get away from the 1 column striped bar style websites and design some new exciting templates which perhaps focus on certain functions like you used to before. Such as online shops, event booking, gallery showcase, networking, etc. - This image is hidden for guests.

No we're not running out of ideas. We try to respond to the feedback from the membership and we were being asked to develop more "corporate" and "clean" templates. Obviously not every template is going to please everyone, but thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us I will pass them along to our developers. We really do appreciate all feedback.
